» Santa`s Fruity Punch

Santa's Fruity PunchIngredients

  • 125g blueberries
  • 125g raspberries
  • 250g strawberries,sliced
  • 1.5 litres raspberry and cranberry juice, cold
  • 1 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • 1.25 litres lemonade, cold
  • ice cubes

Method

  1. Place blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in a large bowl. Add juice and vodka. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  2. Thinly slice lime or lemon or both. Cut slices into small wedges. Stir through punch. Add lemonade and ice.

Juicy Lips CocktailIngredients

  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • ½ cup of vodka
  • 700ml of pineapple juice
  • 1 litre of lemonade
  • 1 tin of pineapple rings
  • ¼ cup of mango puree
  • Ice

Method

  1. Place vodka, pineapple juice, squeezed lemon and mango puree into a glass bowl , mix altogether
  2. Add lemonade
  3. Pour into your favourite glasses and cut ½ a pineapple ring and hang over the edge of the glass to decorate, add ice and serve
